WANT: CD / CL Gas Tank

I'm still on the search for a Honda CD / CL gas tank, specifically the units below.
The one with the chrome sides is from a 70's CD175. Without the chrome sides came on various CL models.

If you've got one or know of one available please let me know. I'm on eBay and Craigslist daily looking, but nothing that fits just yet. Either too denty or they want more then the price of the SR in running condition...

    Probably out of your price range and all are full bikes... not just the tanks.

    Might be worth calling Henry's Cycles in Kingsport Tennessee. Amazing place - last time I was there, they had a two-story wall covered in classic tanks.

      Ben,

      I emailed the first guy about that tank. It's got some creased dents which I'm not thrilled about but may pick it up anyways. This tank won't be getting painted so it's crucial that the metal is in good shape. Given that I may need to chop it up anyways, maybe the dents aren't as big of a deal.

    check on searchtempest.com . it'll search ebay and pretty much every craigslist in the US, just set your zip code and a distance or 'any'
